Better Day

Good morning all. I hope that your day is off to a great start. Sorry that I missed my blog yesterday. It was a reboot day. I have learned that after I have a really down day that I need to have a me day. I don’t do much but rest and try to do some positive things to recharge. Having a dog has helped me a lot. He keeps me going and brings purpose on days that I can not find any. I realized today that random people sort of have their own language. I had a conversation with a cashier and we just talked like we knew each other forever. My husband was shaking his head and laughing as we left. I said “wow I am not weird, she was just like me.” He just laughed and said “or you were both just as random.” I never thought about how much I struggle to communicate with not likeminded people until then. It was a great feeling to be understood and not have to stop explain what you mean or her not being confused by me changing topics back and forth. So maybe I will try to talk with more people now. I bet there are a lot more random people than I think. I am going to play with my dog for a bit now. Remember just be you. Stay random!
